cancellations, less $50 administrative fee, will be made if written request
is received via fax or mail prior to February 29, 2008. No refunds will
be made after February 29. No-show registrations will not be refunded;
substitutions may be made at any time. The weather is always unpredictable;
please plan ahead and drive carefully.
